Job Title: Architectural Sales Representative

Location: Nashville, TN

Reports To: Principal

Compensation: Base Salary $125,000+ annual (depending on experience) + Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

What you will do:

·  Provide support and guidance to Design Firms, influence the LMS brands to drive specifications and basis of design for the LMS portfolio.

·  Provide a design-informed approach to exterior building envelope systems

·  Bridge design intent and construction execution

·  Provide technical insight into building envelope systems selection, detailing, and coordination, helping reduce risk while supporting constructability, durability, and long-term performance

·  Coordinate and lead AIA continuing education seminars (Lunch & Learns)

·  Coordinate and lead LMS design conferences

·  Attend industry events (i.e. AIA, IIBEC, BEC, CSI)

·  Support team thru BXTN, Dodge, and other sources for identifying projects and specification opportunities

Qualifications

·  Registered Architect (RA) or AIA affiliation preferred

·  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural industry with a focus on building envelope systems

·  Experience in commercial design, architectural specifications, and building code compliance

·  Background as an Architectural Project Manager preferred

·  Proficiency with CRM systems, Dodge, CAD, and related specification or project management tools
